He was 68 years of age and is survived by his wife and seven children, the latter being Mrs. J.L. Hunton of Orange, Calif., Mrs. George Hunton of Hillsboro, Texas; Mrs. R.A. Houston of Heard County; Mrs. F.J. Amis of Welcome; Mrs. S.W. Woods of Newnan; H.J. Pitman of Coweta and G.T. Pitman of Texas. The funeral took place Thursday morning, services being conducted by Rev. W.W. Roop of Carrollton. The interment was at Oak Hill.
