CALLED BY DEATH

Lincoln (Placer Co.), January 3. Mrs. Ella Winchester, a highly esteemed 
resident, died here yesterday after a lingering illness from tuberculosis of 
the lungs. She was a native of California, 30 years of age, and leaves a 
husband and three young children to mourn her loss. The funeral will be held 
here to-morrow under the auspices of Placer Parlor, N. D. G. W., of which the 
deceased was a charter member.
