John Perez passed away on 1/28/01 of causes yet to be determined.  He is 
survived by his parents, and his Uncle Raymond.

Additional Comments:
After the autopsy, we learned that John died due to high levels of prescribed 
medication in his body.  He was taking the prescribed dosage.
