	STATE
COURT OF APPEAL, 3d District
November 25 ,1921
   Leonard F. YOUDALL, plaintiff and respondent vs. Isadore KAUFMAN, defendant 
and appellant. The judgement as to both tracts is affirmed. The judgement as to 
damages is reversed, unless the respondent shall, within thirty days after the 
judgement of this court is entered, remit all damages in excess of $11.00. If 
within said period said damages are remitted, the entire judgement shall stand 
affirmed. The appellant will recover his costs on this appeal. Attorneys for

E. STANSFIELD of Mount Carmel, Ill., a native of Illinois, aged 67 years.

  KRYGER - In this city, November 25, 1921, Martin Edward Kryger, dearly 
beloved husband of Emma Kryger, loving son of William J. and Annie Kryger, 
brother of Wm. and E. Kryger, nephew of Ed. DEVINE of San Francisco, Mrs. 
Katherine SMITH of Folsom, Mrs. Theresa HERMANN of Gold Run and the late Mrs. 
Hattie HERZOG, cousin of Mrs. Mary O’BRIEN of Sacramento and Mrs. Marguerite 
GIROUX of Folsom; a native of Sacramento., Cal., aged 30 years 11 months and 16 
days. Remains at the funeral parlors of Henry D. Ryan, 1017 Fifteenth street.

  MORRILL - In this city, November 24, 1921, Jessie C. MORRILL, husband of 
Lillie Morrill, father of Mrs. William E. COFFMAN and Norine E. Morrill, nephew 
of Mrs. Max. HORNLEIN; native of Sacramento, aged 52 years. Friends are

for interment.
  MULLIN - In this city, November 24, 1921, John Mullin; a native of 
Connecticut, aged 73 years. Remains at the parlors of Armstrong & Bader, 3140

  WHEELER - In this city, November 24, 1921, Florence S. Wheeler, daughter of 
Mr. and Mrs. C.B. TYM, sister of Donald A Wheeler; native of Colorado, aged 12 
years. Friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the home of 
Miller & Skelton, 1400 K street, Monday, 8:30 a.m. Thence to the Church of 
Immaculate Conception, Thirty-second and Sacramento boulevard, where services
