Lenore Moyer, 85, of Galt died Oct. 19, 2012 at Methodist Hospital in Elk 
Grove following a short battle with cancer. She was born Oct. 25, 1926 in 
Jacksonville, Fla., and had been a resident of the area for 50 years.

Working as a cosmetologist, Lenore was the owner and operator of Lenore’s 
Beauty Shop for many years. She was a devoted bingo player and loved making 
crafts, such as angels, dolls, etc.

Surviving are two children, daughter Shelly Pennington and son David F. 
Moyer and his wife Lou; and 10 grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted by Pastor Joe Leos at 11 a.m. on 
Friday, Oct. 26 at Galt Cemetery.

Ben Salas Funeral Home of Galt is assisting the family with arrangements.
