David Edward O'Toole 

66, passed May 29, 2005, in Big Bear Lake, Calif. Born Feb. 4, 1939, in Anamosa, Iowa, 
David only resided in Big Bear Valley for one year and made many good friends. He had an 
engineering degree from Long Beach State College and was Chief Operating Officer for 
MD Enterprises.

A devoted father and brother, David is survived by his daughter, Kathleen Ann Rain, 
son-in-law, Patrick Rain, and granddaughter Hope, of Florida; sister Peggy, (David) Sack, 
of Tennessee; brothers Jim (Sherry) O'Toole and Daniel O'Toole of Iowa. He will be greatly
missed.

Services were held May 30, 2005, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Big Bear Lake, Calif. 

Graveside services will be held June 3, 2005, at the Mount Olive Cemetery, Dubuque, Iowa.
