Betty Jean Uhler 71, passed May 9, 2006, in Apple Valley, Calif. Born August 20, 1934 in Shreveport, 
Louisiana, Betty was a 20-year resident of Big Bear Valley. She is survived by her husband, Fred of 
Big Bear City; son Fred M. Uhler of Erwin Lake; daughter Michelle of Big Bear City plus nine 
grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
