Kenneth Lloyd Waymire

73, passed Oct. 12, 2003, in Los Angeles, Calif. Born Feb. 1, 1931, in Woodburn,  
Oregon, Kenneth was a Valley resident for 4 years. He enjoyed skiing, hiking, skating,  
was a pilot and a very private person. A successful land developer for 44 years, he 
served  during the Korean Conflict, Kenneth believed family always came first.

He is survived by his wife, Roberta of Big Bear City; two sons, Butch of Big Bear Lake a
nd  Kent of Maryland; 2 sisters, Aileen Shrock and Doris Odgers, both of Oregon; four  
grandchildren, Rex, Ryan, Andrea and Kristina.

Services will be held Oct. 21, 2004, 1 p.m. at the Big Bear Mortuary. Big Bear
