Fredrick Carl Wittenberg, 63, was born in South Gate, Calif. on March 4, 1941, 
and passed in Riverside, Calif. on August 13, 2004.

Fred was a successful entrepreneur with his plumbing business for 25 years. He 
dedicated 10 years as a gold and silver coin dealer, life member of the Numismatic 
Assoc. and AARP.

Fred is survived by sons, Peter Wittenberg of Murrieta, Red Carl Wittenberg, Jr. 
and John Glen Wittenberg, of Oceanside; and daughter Sheri Lynd Blanchard of Mass.

Services are scheduled for Wednesday, August 18, 2004, at 1 p.m. at Big Bear 
Mortuary Chapel. Interment to follow at Gold Mountain Memorial Park. Big Bear 
Mortuary, directors.
