San Diego Union, September 14, 1909
CRENSHAW-In this city September 11, 1909. Joseph Cornelius Crenshaw, husband of 
Helen V. Chase Crenshaw, and father of Ione and Helen Crenshaw and uncle of 
James N. Crenshaw of Los Angeles, Cal.; a native of Richmond Va.; aged 55 
years, 10 months, 5 days.
	Friends are invited to attend the funeral services at Johnson & 
Connell’s chapel, Seventh and D streets, at 10 o’clock a.m. today (Tuesday). 
Rev. C.L. Barns will officiate. Interment at Masonic cemetery.
