San Diego Union, December 13, 1913
NICHOLS-In Los Angeles, Cal., December 10, 1913, James G.R. Nichols,
father of Carl E. and Sadie H. Nichols of this city, and a member of
Heintzelman Post, G.A.R.; a native of New York, aged 71 years, 7 months.
	Friends and members of the G.A.R. are invited to attend the 
funeral services to be held at Bradley & Woolman's chapel. C street, 
corner of Seventh, Saturday, December 13, 1913, at 2 o'clock p.m.
Rev. R.D. Hellington officiating. Interment Masonic cemetery.
