SUPPLE-In this city. March 7, 1898, Mrs. Alfreda M. Supple, daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. John T. Place, a native of Illinois.
	Funeral services will be held at the family residence, 1247 
Sixteenth street, at 10 a.m. Wednesday.

DEATH OF MRS. A.M. SUPPLE
Mrs. Alfreda M. Supple, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John T. Place and
sister of Henry J. Place, died in this city last evening at the 
residence of her parents, 1747 Sixteenth street. Mrs. supple was 40
years of age, a native of Illinois and had lived in this city for five
years, coming from Lawrence, Kansas. She had been a great sufferer for
fifteen years from an incurable malady, but bore her lot with patience
and hope, winning many friends by her unselfish kindness in the midst
of affliction. Two sons, Bert, employed at Redlands, and Arthur, at
Santa Barbara, have been notified and will arrive today. The funeral
services will be held at the family residence tomorrow at 10 o'clock.
