San Diego Union, March 16, 1909
VAIL-At his late residence No. 1412 Logan ave. in this city, March 15, 1909. 
David Henry Vail, Husband of Lois Vail and father of Howard Vail of Redlands, 
Cal.,and Irene, David, Kenneth, Roy and Lois Vail of San diego; a native of New 
York, aged 58 years 4 months 26 days.
Friends and members of the Carpenters union are invited to attend the funeral 
services at Johnson & Connell's chapel. D and Seventh streets, tomorrow 
(Wednesday) at 2 o'clock p.m. Interment at Mt. Hope cemetery.
