  KAHN, Julius: Lawyer-Congressman. Office address, Washington. D. S. Born at
Kuppenheim, Baden. February 28, 1861; son of Herman and Jeanette Kahn; married
to Florence Prag March 19, 1899. Educated at Public Schools of San Francisco.
Came to California in 1866 from Baden, Germany. Representative in Congress 4th
California District 25 years. Member California Legislature one term; elected to
Congress November 4, 1898. Clubs: Army and Navy Club, Washington, D. C.,
Concordia; Argonaut Union League; Commercial and Commonwealth Clubs, San
Francisco; Beresford Country Club; Mason; Shriner; Scottish Rite; Odd Fellows;
Red Men; Woodmen: Moose; Bnai Brith. (Died, 1905.)
