To Be Reopened by Mrs. Ferry on the Grounds of Fraud
San FRansisco,March 22
Mrs. Evelyn P. Ferry, when shown the Tacoma, dispatched announcing that she 
has commenced suit to have the decree of divorce and division of property set 
aside,  expressed considerable surprise that the news should have reached this 
city so soo. " Of course, I know that the case was to be reported," she 
said "but had no idea that it would be known yet in San Fransisco. I have 
naturally a great dread of publicity," continued Mrs. Ferry," although I must 
admitthat all I have passed through hitherto has only served to ttach my 
friends closer to me. They know that I have been outrageously treated and that 
I am forced to fight for my boys' rights, and this knowledge seems to increase 
the warmth of their kindness.
