Mornign Oregonian September 21, 1904
San Fransisco,Sept.20- Mrs. Cordella Botkin,wo is under sentence of life 
imprisonment for the murder of Mrs. J. P.Dunning,appeared in Superior Court 
Dunne's court today to answer to the charge of having murdered Mrs.Ida 
H.Deane. It is being shown that the transcript of the evidence today in the 
lower court where the preliminary examination was held has not yet been 
filed,the case was continued unti October 4. for trial.
