San Francisco Chronicle  July 19, 1965
Abrams, Jessie – At rest.  July 16, 1965, Jessie Abrams, beloved wife of the 
late Edgar Abrams, loving aunt of Elza Jacobs and Helen Benzeman; dearest 
friend of Mae Gerrish.

Private services were held Sunday, July 18, at Godeau, 41 Van Ness ave. near 
Market st.  Godeau Funeral Home

Additional Comments:
Jessie was the daughter of James H. McNabb and Mary Scudder.  James McNabb went 
from central Illinois to California in 1849 and married Mary Scudder.  Jessie's 
was married first to an Ayers and then to Edgar Abrams.
