“DIED. BONNARD – In this city, March 6, Francis A. Bonnard, a native of 
Scotland, aged 62 years, 5 months and 6 days.” END

“MILITARY ITEMS.  Francis A. Bonnard, who died in this city on the 6th instant, 
was a member of the Association of Veterans of the New York Seventh Regiment, 
on this Coast. He entered the “Third Company" November 17th, 1843.  The 
Veterans of the Pacific Seventh Regiment, N. G. S. N. Y., will attend his 
funeral.” END 


Additional Comments:
Francis Alexander Bonnard was a printer who had arrived in San Francisco in 
1849.
