Lorraine Ethel Choate
1932-2010
Lorraine Ethel Choate died surrounded by her loving family on October 23, 2010 
in Las Vegas, NV. Lorraine suffered an unexpected fatal stroke at her home on 
October 21, 2010. Born in So. San Francisco, CA to William and Irene 
Giannicchini on August 13, 1932. Lorraine was married to Donald Norman Choate 
and became widowed in 1997 while living in Tucson, AZ. Lorraine was a devoted 
wife and mother who loved spending time with family and friends. She is 
survived by her son, Ronald Douglas Choate and his wife Staci Marie Choate, 
and her dog Bear, of Las Vegas, NV. Lorraine spent her life living in 
California, Arizona and Nevada. She moved to Las Vegas 8 months ago and 
greatly enjoyed her short time with her son and daughter-in-law. Lorraine will 
be greatly missed and kept in all our hearts eternally. Services will be held 
at the Holy Cross Cemetery chapel, Colma, CA, on Friday, October 29, 2010 at 
11 am. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Nathan Adelson Hospice, 
Las Vegas, NV in memory of Lorraine Choate. Garden Chapel Funeral Directors
