The pretty little house under the hill where the happy couple plighted their troth was made festive with floral decorations, consisting principally of oak and huckleberry branches interspersed with pink roses, shading from the palest pink to the warmest hue of the American rose, Rev. Dr. Macon read the marriage service. Miss Florence Deming in a dainty frock of pink chiffon attended the bride as maid of honor and Julian Thorne supported the groom. The bride wore a handsome gown of white point d'esprit over white satin, made en train and cut slightly square in the neck. Her tulle veil was fastened to her pretty dark hair with orange blossoms and her bouquet was of lilies of the valley.
