San Francisco Call, April 2, 1894
“Brown-Mann. Miss Mary A. Mann of this city and Byron Brown of Martinez were 
united in marriage last Wednesday [March 28] at the residence of the bride's 
parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. L. Mann, 2402 Mission street [San Francisco]. A 
limited number of relatives and friends were assembled in the handsomely 
decorated parlors when Rev. Horatio Stebbins performed the ceremony. An 
elaborate[e] supper was served and the hours were passed very pleasantly. A 
large number of elegant gifts were sent to the bride. Mr. and Mrs. Brown will 
reside at Martinez.” END
