Elizabeth Ann Alexander 
May 10, 1956 - March 23, 2005



Elizabeth Ann Alexander, 48, passed away on Wednesday, March 23, 2005 in 
Stockton at Dameron Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Elizabeth was 
born May 10, 1956 in Lansing Michigan to Mary Lois and Russell Alexander. She 
moved with her family to Stockton in 1963 where she attended local schools, 
graduating from Stagg High School in 1974. Elizabeth received her bachelor's 
degree from Sacramento State and her master's degree from Chico State. She 
lived in the Chico area for many years before returning to Stockton in 1998 and 
in 1999 went to work for San Joaquin County. At the time of her death she was 
an Employment Training Specialist II for San Joaquin County Work Net.
Elizabeth is survived by her two sons, Anthony Alcover of Eugene, Oregon and 
Matthew Alcover; daughter-in-law, Crystal and their children, Kylie and Gina of 
Chico; her mother and step-father, Mary Lois and Syd Thompson of Stockton; her 
adopted father, Dr. Leonard Campos of Roseville, CA; her brother, Dr. David 
Campos and his wife Andrea, their children, Philip and Elizabeth Campos of 
Pittsburg, CA; her sister, Barbara Gates and husband, Jim, their children, Jack 
and Lucy of Crest, CA. Elizabeth's compassion, humor, her love of family and 
friends will be sorely missed.
A Memorial Service will be held Sunday, April 10, 2005 at 3:00 p.m. at the 
First Unitarian Universalist Church, 2737 Pacific Avenue, Stockton, CA. In Lieu 
of flowers, contributions may be made to the Robert E. Green Memorial Fund, 
2737 Pacific Ave. First Unitarian Universalist Church, Stockton, CA 95204.
