Josephine Bambola
Josephine Bambola, 89, of Lodi, died Sept. 26 in a local convalescent hospital. 
She was born Jan. 15, 1916, in Hollywood.

Mrs. Bambola spent some time in Grimaldi, Italy, but lived in Lodi for 35 
years. She enjoyed gardening and was known for her herbs and vegetables. 

She is survived by her daughter, Franka Burns; sons, Tony Ciddio and Carmine 
Ciddio; 10 grandchildren, 10 great-granchildren and two great-great-
grandchildren.

A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Big Valley Bible Church in Lodi 
with Pastor Gene Wilburn officiating. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 
service time at the church.

Ben Salas Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
