Timothy J. Bill

Nov. 9, 1963 — Dec. 7, 2005

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday for former Tracy resident 
Timothy J. Bill, 42, who died Wednesday in Oroville.

Born in Beloit, Wis., his family moved to Tracy in 1966 where he attended 
Tracy schools. His family moved to Oroville in 1978. As an adult, Mr. Bill 
moved back and forth between Tracy and Oroville, finally making his home in 
Oroville about 12 years ago.

Mr. Bill was a parishioner of St. Bernard’s Catholic Church. He was a rebel at 
heart who loved fixing things, working on cars and visiting with his friends. 
He will be remembered as a loving son, brother and friend to many.

Mr. Bill is survived by his father, Eugene Bill of Mountain Home, Ark.; 
brothers, Michael Bill, and his wife, Kelly, of Rogers, Ark., Kenneth Bill, 
and his wife, Terry, of Tracy, Bradley Bill, and his wife, Stephanie, of 
Mountain Home, Patrick Bill, and his wife, Wendy, of Tracy; sister, Patricia 
Adams, and her husband, Joel, of Forest Hills; half-sister, Mary-Hellen Bill 
of Chico; half-brother, Joseph Bill of Hawaii; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Wilma Bill.

Friday’s Mass will begin at 10 a.m. at St. Bernard’s Catholic Church, 163 W. 
Eaton Ave.
