She was born in Sacramento, CA on January 19, 1925. Casey was raised in Loma Rica, CA. She attended school in Marysville, and lived in Stockton from 1948 to 1967. She then moved to Lodi and remained there until her death. Casey loved to play golf and was known for the many different hats she wore on the Links. She was a member of Woodbridge Golf and Country Club. She won club championships at Van Buskirk, Swenson and Woodbridge golf clubs. Her many forays and golf travels with numerous friends lasted until she was 75. Casey also enjoyed bowling and participated with the seniors on Monday afternoon at West Lane Bowl for many years. Casey is survived by her loving children, Lace and his wife Patty Rieber, of Stockton; Stacey Nichols and Lindsey and her husband John Arndt, of Lodi; her step-children, Cathy and her husband Jim Eckman of Elk Grove and Jeri O'Brion of Stockton and Mike and his wife Kathy Barcus of Valley Springs; also survived by her brother, Casimeiro Stagno and sister, Lillian and her husband, Leo Joren, both of Stockton. Survived by her former husband, Harry Rieber of Lodi. Casey was a loving, caring grandmother to 14 grandchildren; and 2 great- grandchildren. She is also survived by 37 nieces and nephews; and a host of other loving friends. Casey was preceded in death by her loving husband, Bruce Barcus and stepson, James Barcus; her parents, Casimeiro and Mary Stagno; brothers, Arthuro, Orlando, Pasquale and Frank Stagno; and sisters, Angeline Silva and Civita Northrum. Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service at DeYoung Shoreline Chapel, 7676 Shoreline Drive, Stockton, CA, Friday, April 1, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. No Visitation and Committal is Private.
