Guadalupe "Lupe" M. Chavez, 64, born October 7, 1940 in Durango, Mexico passed 
away on Wednesday, March 9, 2005.
He is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Patricia Chavez; beloved father 
of Julia Chavez-Perez, Anthony R. Chavez, Jamie L. Chavez and Salvador A. 
Chavez; 4 grandchildren, Patrick, Julianna Perez, Monique, Anthony Jr. Chavez, 
and expecting granddaughter, Navaeh Trinity; also survived by his 6 brothers, 
Juan M. Chavez, Jesus Chavez, Baldomero Chavez, Fernando Chavez, Juanito Chavez 
and Angel Luis Chavez; also survived by his 2 sisters, Concepcion Lopez and Luz 
Ramirez; and beloved uncle of several nieces and nephews.
Rosary: Tuesday, March 15, 2005, 5:00 p.m. at Cano Funeral Home, 2164 E. 
Charter Way, Stockton. Mass: Wednesday, March 16, 2005, 10:00 a.m. at St. 
Edward's Catholic Church, 731 E. Cardinal Ave., Stockton. Visitation: Tuesday, 
March 15, 2005, 1:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at Cano Funeral Home, 2164 E. Charter 
Way, Stockton. Committal: San Joaquin Catholic Cemetery.
