Paul Crebbin 
Paul Evelyn Crebbin, 77, of Galt, died June 25 in his home. He was born Feb. 8, 
1928, in San Francisco.

Mr. Crebbin served in the U.S. Marines from 1945-49, moved in Sacramento in 
1955, and then settled in Galt in 2003. He graduated from college with a master 
of science degree. 

He was employed by the Bureau of Land Management, and later by the Timber Tax 
Division of the State Board of Equalization as a forest appraiser for 37 years. 
He served as a docent for the Sacramento Railroad Museum, and was a member of 
the Sacramento Power Squadron. He enjoyed his Golden Retrievers, Clancy and 
Buddy, and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his daughters, Laura Jean Bohlender, of Galt, and Julie Lynn 
Baltierra, of Sacramento; son, Christopher Lee Crebbin, of Placerville; 
brother, Kenneth Crebbin, of the Bay Area; and four grandchildren.

A chapel service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Lodi Funeral Home. 
Committal will be private. Visitation will be held from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. 
Thursday and Friday at the funeral home.
