Katherine Faszer
  Katherine Faszer, 89, of Lodi, died June 7 at a local hospital after a 
sudden illness.  She was born Katherine Rau on Sept. 7, 1902, in Ashley N.D.
  She married Edwin Faszer on Oct. 30, 1927, in Ashley and they came to Lodi 
from there in 1941.  She was a housewife and a member of the Century Assembly 
church and a member of its Women’s Ministries group.
  Mrs. Faszer was preceded in death by her husband, Edwin.
  She is survived by a son, Jerome Faszer of Sacrament; a daughter, Judy Tate 
of Arizona; two sisters, Esther Hales of Utah and Lydia Ehley of North Dakota; 
six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
  The funeral will be held 10 a.m. Friday at Lodi Funeral Home, with the Rev. 
Harold Duncan of the Century Assembly presiding.  Committal will be at 
Cherokee Memorial Park.  Visitation is 5 to 8 p.m. today, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. 
Thursday and 8 a.m. to service time Friday at the funeral home.

550 W. Century Blvd, Lodi, 95204.
