Patsy Ruth Garner

April 4, 1932 — Jan. 25, 2006

Private services are planned for longtime Tracy resident Patsy Ruth Garner, 
73, who died Wednesday at her home.

Born in Oklahoma, Patsy lived in Tracy 65 years. She retired from Owens-
Illinois Inc. as an auditor. She enjoyed spending time with her family. She 
loved taking family vacations to Pismo Beach.

Patsy is survived by her children, Beverly Webb, and her husband, Bob, of 
Manteca, Sherri Della Nina, Steve Collins and his wife, Adriana, all of 
Stockton; siblings, Bob Goddard, Butch Goddard, and his wife, Darlene, all of 
Tracy; grandchildren, David Della Nina, and his wife, Amy, and Curtis Webb, 
all of Tracy, Gino Della Nina, and his wife, Bridgitte, of Manteca, Ryan Della 
Nina, Emily Collins and Lindsay Collins, all of Stockton, and Diane McKane, 
and her husband, Robert, of Upland; and 12 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Opal Goddard; and sister-
in-law, Jeanne Goddard.
