Owen Charles Gladden

12/16/1919-9/24/2005

Owen Charles Gladden, 85, passed away September 24, 2005 after a lengthy 
illness. 

He was born on December 16, 1919, to Owen Madison and Vena Gladden in Los 
Angeles. 

He married Charmian R. Gladden on December 14, 1940. He served in the National 
Guard during World War II. He worked in the Motion Picture Business for over 45 
years. He lived in Woodland Hills, CA most of his life, retired in 1986 and 
moved to Acampo. He was a member of the Motion Picture Guild, Lodi Lodge #256 
F.& A.M., Stockton Scottish Rite Bodies, Ben Ali Shrine and Lodi High Twelve. 

Loving father of sons, Rand Gladden and wife, Elyse, of Pacific Palisades, CA 
and Ken Gladden and wife, Louise of Valencia, CA; daughter, Vicki Davis of 
Acampo; grandfather of Katherine Davenport, Julie Davis, both of Lodi, Ryan, 
Rhys and Joshua Gladden. 

He was preceded in death by his wife, Charmian; and brother, Tholen Gladden. 

Private internment.
