Olivia ‘Elvia’ Huerta
Dec. 17, 1944 — Aug. 6, 2004

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated today for Olivia “Elvia” Huerta, 
59, who died Friday at her home in Stockton.
Born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, Mrs. Huerta moved to Tracy when she was 
11 years old, and then to Stockton at 21. 
She lived in Stockton 38 years. 
She was a supervisor at Defense Distribution Center San Joaquin in Lathrop.
Mrs. Huerta loved spending time with her grandsons and going to garage sales. 
She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
Mrs. Huerta is survived by her ex-husband, Rudy Huerta Sr. of Stockton; her 
mother, Frances Estrada of Tracy; two children, Marcela Supnet and Rudy Huerta 
Jr., both of Stockton; her sister, Elisa Jafarnejad of Sacramento; and five 
grandsons.
Today’s Mass will begin at 10:30 a.m. at St. Bernard’s Catholic Church, 162 W. 
Eaton Ave. 
Interment will be in Tracy Cemetery. Fry Memorial Chapel, 550 S. Central Ave., 
is handling 
arrangements.
Memorial contributions in Mrs. Huerta’s name may be made to the American Cancer 
Society, 1604 Ford Ave., Modesto 95350.
