Ruben Rodriguez


Ruben Anthony Rodriguez, 27, of Lodi, died Aug. 12. He was born Oct. 6, 1976, 
in Lodi, where he attended local schools.

Mr. Rodriguez graduated from Lodi High school, where he played football. He was 
employed for eight years as a plumber for CJS Construction. He was an avid 
Raider's fan, and he enjoyed playing soccer and baseball, and barbecuing for 
family and friends.

He is survived by his son, Ruben Rodriguez Jr., of Stockton; sister, Lorraine 
Beatrice Rodriguez; parents, Henry and Isabel Rodriguez, of Lodi; grandmother, 
Carmen Lopez Rodriguez, of Stockton; and grandparents, Alberto and Juana 
Perales, of Lodi.

A funeral will be held at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Lodi Funeral Home. A Mass of 
Christian burial will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Anne's Catholic 
Church. A rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. 
Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. 
Tuesday, and from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
