Shirley Louise Norris
March 6, 1937 — May 3, 2004

Private services are planned for former Tracy resident Shirley Louise Norris, 
67, who died Monday at Emanuel Medical Center in Turlock.
A native of Bedford, Iowa, Ms. Norris lived in Tracy from 1986 to 1997, and 
then in Valley Springs before moving to Modesto three years ago. She was a 
homemaker and an avid bingo player.
Ms. Norris is survived by two sons, Kenton Todd Norris of Tracy and Anthony 
Arlo Norris of Modesto; a daughter, Debra Livingston of Fremont; a brother, 
Clarence Sparks of Livingston, Texas; two sisters, Irene Seaton of Des Moines, 
Iowa, and Joyce Nikolas of Flippin, Ark.; six grandchildren; and a great-
grandchild.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Sandra Freihage.
Eaton Family Funeral & Cremation Service, 513 12th St., in Modesto, is handling 
arrangements.
