Mr. Hinz was born November 20, 1955, to Benjamin and Maxine Hinz. Mr. Hinz worked for the Lodi Unified School District as a bus driver for the past 4 years. He was a member of the Triangle Community Church in Lodi, the National Rifle Association, the Sierra Road Riders Association and the California School Employee Association Local # 77. He enjoyed motorcycling, model trains, classic cars, dancing, and spending time with his family and friends. He will be dearly missed. Rodney Paul Hinz He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Glenna Hinz; 3 daughters, Jennifer Denton of Lodi, Veronica Hinz of Lodi, Rebecca Hinz of San Diego; 2 brothers, Rodger Hinz of Lathrop, Robert Hinz of Acampo; father, Benjamin Hinz of Acampo; mother and father in-law, Carol Randall and Jessy Amaya of Galt; 2 grandchildren, Keelie Hinz and Jenica Herrera both of Lodi; long time family friends, Dale and Sandy DuBois of Lockeford. He was preceded in death by his mother Maxine Hinz in 1997. A chapel service will be held Saturday September 4, 2004, 10:00 am at the Lodi Funeral Home, followed by interment at the Lodi Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday 12:00- 8:00 pm at the Lodi Funeral Home. Lodi Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
