Mr. Seibel was born November 29, 1929, in McClusky, North Dakota to Albert and Martha Seibel. Mr. Seibel worked as a mechanic for the Santa Fe Trains and Terminal in Richmond for 20 years before retiring in 1992. Arley Seibel Mr. Seibel attended and graduated for Tokay High School Class of 1949. Mr. Seibel was a United States Army and Korean War Veteran. He enjoyed traveling and repairing classic cars; he will be greatly missed. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Phoebe Seibel of Hercules; two sons, Stephen Seibel of Carvalis; David Seibel of Vacaville; one daughter, Shelli Burt of Little Rock, CA; four brothers, Archie Seibel of Ohio; Gerald Seibel of Lodi; Clayton Seibel of Texas; Arne Seibel of Lodi; two sisters, Mavis Barker of Lodi; Shirley Michaeloff of Lodi; seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren. A graveside service will be held Tuesday, September 14, 2004, 10:00 am at the Cherokee Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are by the Lodi Funeral Home.
