Roesler, 83, of Lodi, died Sept. 14 in a Stockton hospital. She was born June 20, 1921, in Hosmer, S.D. Mrs. Roesler was a homemaker for 57 years. She was also employed as a cannery worker at Stokely Van Kamp (Pacific Packers) for 35 years. She was a member of the 50 Plus Club and the Dakota Club. She is survived by her son, James Roesler, of San Ramon; brother, John Schoch; sisters, Frances Guthmiller, Marion Malsom, Helen Schwan, and Gladys Streifel; and two grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, John Roesler. Services will be private. Committal will also be private at Lodi Memorial Park and Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. today at Rocha's Mortuary, 215 S. School St., Lodi. Rocha's Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
