Peggy Gibbs
Peggy (Peg) Gibbs, 60, of Clements, died Oct. 5 in Lodi. She was born Nov. 6, 
1943, in Porterville.

Mrs. Gibbs lived in Clements for 22 years. She and her husband were the owners 
of Al and Peg's Fresh Produce Market for 21 years. She enjoyed interacting with 
people and providing service to her customers at the market.

She also enjoyed gardening, fishing, animals, spending time outdoors, and 
taking pictures of family and friends.

Peggy Gibbs 
She is survived by her husband, Al Gibbs, of Clements; daughters, Leslie 
Francis, and Julie Aguilar, both of Stockton; Ann Francis, of Clements; Rhonda 
Poutre, of Lodi, Lisa Gibbs, of San Diego, and Tonia Anderson, of Fort Worth, 
Texas; son, Michael Gibbs, of Lodi; sisters, Ann Reid, and Sue Fleming, both of 
Apple Valley; and 12 grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Cherokee Memorial Park, 
Highway 99 and Harney Lane, Lodi. Visitation will be held from noon to 5 p.m. 
Sunday, and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday at Cherokee Memorial Funeral Home, 831 
Industrial Way, Lodi.

Cherokee Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
