Lydia Hawkins
Lydia Hawkins, 43, of Lodi, died Oct. 17 in her home following a lengthy 
illness. She was born July 21, 1961, in Martinez.

Ms. Hawkins lived in Isleton for 15 years and Sacramento for four years until 
relocating to Lodi in 1996. She was employed as a field worker, and enjoyed 
fishing, camping, crafts and collecting dolls.

She is survived by her longtime companion, Fortino Madrid; sons, Stephen 
Hawkins, Samuel Hawkins, and John Hawkins; brothers, Jeffrey Parson and Bryan 
O'Neal; and mother, Judith Perry.

She was preceded in death by her father, Geryl Hawkins.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. today at Harvest Worship Center with 
Jim Walker officiating.

Alternative Burial and Cremation Service is in charge of arrangements.
