Barbara Jane Bell 
October 24, 1937 - August 17, 2004



Barbara Jane Bell, 66, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, August 17th after a 
short illness at St. Joseph's Hospital in Stockton. Born and raised in Eastern 
Tennessee, her family moved to California in 1965 and she was a resident of 
Stockton for 39 years. Jane worked for the United States Postal Service as a 
rural mail carrier since 1982, a job she enjoyed very much. 
She is survived by her daughters, Sandy Headrick and Felecia Hobbs; grandson, 
Tyler Hobbs; ex-husband, Bill Headrick; brothers, Howard and Douglas Bell of 
Maryville, Tennessee; an aunt, Nora Burchfield of Kinsport, Tennessee; and 
nieces and nephews in California and Tennessee.
Friends are invited to join the family at a Memorial celebrating Jane's life at 
1:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 24th at her home at 10067 Garnet Avenue in 
Stockton. Private Committal.
