Jesus Alvarado 
Jan. 12, 1923 - October 18, 2004



Jesus Alvarado, 81, passed away on Monday, October 18, 2004. He was born 
January 12, 1923 in Aguascaliente, Mexico. In 1942, Mr. Alvarado came to the 
USA with the Bracerro Program. He then went to work for Zuckerman Man Deville. 
After his contract was over, he stayed and continued working with Zuckerman at 
Zuckerman Farms. He worked under three generations of their family, for 61 
years, up until the day he was admitted to the hospital after several years of 
fighting cancer. 
He is survived by his two sons, Alexander Alvarado and Edwardo Alvarado and 
five grandchildren, Alexandria, Angelina, Cynthia, Giovanni and Aracely.
Services: Rosary, Wednesday, October 20, 2004 at 5:30 p.m. at Cano Funeral 
Home, 2164 E. Charter Way, Stockton. Mass, Thursday, October 21, 10:30 a.m. at 
St. Mary's Catholic Church, 203 E. Washington St., Stockton. Visitation: 
Wednesday, October 20, 3:00 - 8:00 p.m., Cano Funeral Home. Committal at San 
Joaquin Catholic Cemetery, Harding and Cemetery Lane, Stockton, CA.
