  Frederick N. Johansen, age 71, born October 12, 1933, died Sunday, October 
17, 2004, while deer hunting in Calaveras County, Cabbage Patch. 
Survived by his loving wife, Massie; three children, Bryan, Kevin and Lisa; and 
loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was a good man with a big 
heart. We will always love and remember him forever. Love you daddy. 
Visitation: Wednesday, October 20, 2004, 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m, at Cherokee 
Funeral Home, 831 Industrial Ave., Lodi. Funeral Services: Thursday, October 
21, 2004, at 10:00 a.m at the Evergreen Chapel at Cherokee Memorial Park. 
Committal: Cherokee Memorial Park.
