Ignacio "Nacho" Guzman 
Oct. 10, 1925 - October 21, 2004



Ignacio "Nacho" Guzman, age 79, of Stockton, passed away peacefully on 
Thursday, October 21, 2004, at home after a lengthy illness. He was born on 
October 10, 1925 in San Miguel, CA and spent most of his life in Stockton, 
after being raised in Michocan, Mexico. He was a hard-working man who retired 
as a longshoreman after 35 years with the Port of Stockton. Mr. Guzman enjoyed 
gardening, reading, driving his van and devoted most of his time to his 
grandchildren and their activities.
He was the beloved husband to Beatrice Guzman for 54 years; loving father to 
Dolores Guzman of Turlock, Rachel Guzman of Stockton, Monica Sadredin of Fresno 
and Becky Perez of Stockton; devoted grandfather to Mario Perez, Marc Perez, 
Jessica Sadredin and Andrea; loving father-in-law of Alex Perez and Majid 
Sadredin. He is also survived by brother, Benjamin Guzman and nine other 
siblings (both alive and deceased) and a loving uncle to many nieces and 
nephews. He was a good man with a big heart! We will always love and remember 
him forever. Love you…"Vida", daddy and grandpa! 
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, October 25, 2004, at 10:00 
am St. Luke's Catholic Church 3847 N. Sutter St., Stockton. Vigil service, 
Sunday 6:00 p.m., Frisbie-Warren & Carroll Mortuary, 809 N. California St., 
Stockton, with visitation Sunday 10:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. at the Mortuary. 
Committal will be at San Joaquin Catholic Cemetery.
