Anthony D. Baker 
October 6, 1963 - October 24, 2004

Anthony D. Baker, 41, of Stockton, CA, died Sunday, October 24, 2004, at his 
residence in Stockton. He was born on Sunday, October 6, 1963, in Arkansas. Mr. 
Baker was a Dietician at Highland Hospital in Oakland, CA, for over 18 years. 
He was a loving husband, caring father, dedicated provider, and a Dallas Cowboy 
fan.
He is also survived by his wife, Denise Baker of Stockton; daughter, Erica J. 
Baker of Vallejo, CA; son, Keopulani D. Baker of Stockton, CA; daughter, 
Leimomi L. Baker of Stockton, CA; mother, Marjorie Williams of San Leandro, CA; 
sister, Veronica Bailey of Stockton, CA; brother, Elliott Holt of San Leandro, 
CA. 
Memorial Services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 27, 2004, at Park 
View Funeral Home, 3661 E. French Camp Rd., Manteca, CA.
