Wilma "Ruth" McGlathery 
June 2, 1932 - October 20, 2004


Our dear Mother, Wilma Ruth McGlathery went home to be with the Lord on 
Wednesday, October 20, 2004, at her daughter's home in Palisade, Colorado. She 
was born in New Albany, Mississippi on June 2, 1932. She married Kenneth Dale 
McGlathery in 1955 in Stockton, CA, at her parent's home. She was a faithful 
loving wife through his death in 1997. She is survived by her daughter, Nancy 
and Tony Clayton of Palisade, CO; son, Tim and Brenda McGlathery and 3 
granddaughters Jenna, Katie and Tracey. She was a member of the East Main 
Church of Christ. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She 
touched the lives of young and old and she led a life of service and dedication 
to the Lord and family.
Her Funeral Services will be held at Central Church of Christ, 4368 N. Sutter 
St., Stockton, CA on Thursday, October 28, 2004, at 2:00 p.m. Viewing is on 
Wednesday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Wallace-Martin Funeral Home, 520 N. 
Sutter St., Stockton, CA. 
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Hospice Palliative Care of Western 
Colorado, 2754 Compass Dr., Ste. 377, Grand Junction, CO 81506. Committal 
Cherokee Memorial Park, Lodi, CA 
Services: Central Church of Christ, 4368 N. Sutter St., Stockton, CA, Thursday, 
October 28, 2004, at 2:00 p.m. Visitation: Wednesday, 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. at 
Mortuary. Committal: Cherokee Memorial Park.
