Lenora, raised in Grand Prairie, Texas, received her degree in Nursing from Southwestern Methodist University. As a Pediatric Nurse, Lenora brought her healing touch to children in Texas, Colorado, and California. Her career culminated in 20 years of service at the Oak Knoll Naval Hospital in Oakland, CA, where she was the Charge Nurse for the Pediatric Clinic. Lenora was a life long member of the Church of Christ, where her love of children was used in teaching the Children's Bible Hour classes to hundreds of youngsters over the years. Whether they were her own children or grandchildren, sick children at one of many hospitals, or children learning God's will, Lenora's life was dedicated to helping children. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert J. Brady. The Brady's are survived by five children, 8 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren. No Services per her request. We all miss you, Mom.
