Kim Boyd
Kim K. Boyd, 36, of Stockton and formerly of Lodi, died Nov. 5 in a Sacramento 
hospital following a year long battle with cancer. She was born Dec. 12, 1967, 
in Woodland.

Mrs. Boyd was raised in Oakland. She worked for Community Catalyst with the 
developmentally disabled for eight years. She was a member of Home Church in 
Lodi.

She is survived by her daughter, Krystal K. Boyd, of Lodi; brother, Scott 
Acridge, of Pleasanton; half-sister, Lynn Adams, of Llano; and parents, Charles 
and Marla Acridge, of Fortuna.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William S. Boyd in 1997.

A celebration of life will be held at 3 p.m. Friday at The Home Church, 11451 
N. West Lane, Lodi. Inurnment will be private in Crescent City.

Cherokee Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
