Ellen M. Wiley

Ellen M. Wiley, age 92, passed away at her home on November 4, 2004. She was 
born in Salida, CA, where she grew up and attended local schools. She married 
Frank E. Wiley in November of 1929. Ellen lived in Stockton for many years, and 
moved to Lodi in 2001. She attended Church of God Seventh Day in Lodi. She 
enjoyed being a homemaker, caring for her children and grandchildren, baking 
breads and desserts. She also enjoyed crafts, arts, painting in water colors 
and oils, and her pet dogs. Survived by her daughter, Bernice Reuscher of 
Stockton; 4 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren; 
sisters, Millie Meek and Della Gulick, both of Stockton. Preceded in death by 
her husband, Frank E. Wiley; a daughter, Dorothy Martin. Private Graveside 
Services will be held on Wednesday at 1:00 p.m., at Lodi Memorial Cemetery with 
Pastor Loren Stacy of Church of God Seventh Day officiating. There will be no 
visitation. A virtual register book may be signed at www.lodifuneralhome.com 
where memories may be shared. Lodi Funeral Home is in charge of funeral 
arrangements.
