Socorro O. Barcenas, 85, passed away Thursday, November 4, 2004, in Stockton. 
She was born April 21, 1919, in the Phililppines. Socorro was a member of the 
Filipino Catholic Association of Stockton, Filipino Women's Club of San Joaquin 
County, Filipino Catholic Families of St. Luke's, The Barangay Association, 
Auxiliary of the American Legion Manuel Rojas Post #798 and the Ibajayons 
U.S.A. Association. She was the wife of the late Urbano Barcenas. Loving mother 
of Kenneth Barcenas and wife, Richele and Nenette Jenkins and husband, Aaron L. 
Jenkins, Jr. of Stockton. Loving Iola of Kyle Barcenas, Kristen Barcenas, Aaron 
Jenkins III and Andrew Jenkins. Dear sister of Giovanni Ong of the Philippines, 
Luis Wang of China and Antonio Wang of Taiwan. Friends and family are invited 
to attend a Vigil Service at DeYoung Shoreline Chapel, 7676 Shoreline Dr., 
Stockton on Thursday, November 11, 2004, at 6:30 p.m. A Mass of Christian 
Burial will be celebrated at St. Luke's Catholic Church, Stockton on Friday, 
November 12, 2004, at 1:00 p.m. Visitation will be held at DeYoung Shoreline 
Chapel on Wednesday, 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. and Thursday, 10:00 a.m.-6:30 p.m. 
Committal at San Joaquin Catholic Cemetery.
