Santiago Estrada
Santiago Lopez Estrada, 82, of Lodi, died Nov. 8 in a Stockton hospital. He was 
born July 25, 1922, in Guanajuato, Mexico.

Mr. Estrada worked as a farm laborer for 68 years until his retirement in 2000. 
He attended St. Anne's Catholic Church, and enjoyed spending time with family 
and friends.

He is survived by his sons, Isaias Estrada, of Calexico, B.C., Gerardo Estrada, 
Refugio Estrada and Luis Estrada, all of Lodi; daughters, Enedina Estrada and 
Aurora Mercado, both of Lodi, Eloisa Panagua, of Georgia, and Margarita 
Estrada, of Stockton; 26 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, M.A. Trinidad Estrada, in 1992.

A funeral mass will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Anne's Catholic Church. 
Interment will follow at Cherokee Memorial Park Cemetery. A rosary will be held 
at 6 p.m. Sunday at the Lodi Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from noon to 
8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Lodi Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
