Miller, 83, of Galt, died Nov. 16 in a Sacramento hospital. He was born Aug. 24, 1921, in Alberta, Canada. Mr. Miller served in the Royal Canadian Army during World War II. He married Ethel Geneva Elsner in 1942 in Alberta. He relocated to the Bay Area with his family in 1951, and then to Galt in 1990. Clinton Miller He was employed as the Directing Business Agent for International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers for 52 years until his retirement. He was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose in Lodi, and served as a former officer and ritual chairman for ten years. He was also a member of the American Steel Car Club, and was also an active member of the Galt Police CAP. He enjoyed classic cars, auto racing, and volunteering for different organizations. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Ethel Miller, of Galt; daughter, Sharon Ibach, of Galt; sons, Larry Miller, of Valley Springs, Terry Miller, of Lake Havasu City, Ariz., and Ray Miller, of Saratoga; brother, Ray Miller, of Fresno; 12 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his sister, Henrietta Miller. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Horizon Community Church, 446 Fairway Drive, Galt. There will be no visitation, and committal will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 1212 W.
